  • «Depart Adelaide and head to Tailem Bend for morning tea. Cross the border and pass through towns such as Apsley, Casterton (birthplace of the Kelpie working dog), and Heywood before arriving at Warrnambool.
  • «Tour Warrnambool on our coach with a local guide and see the sights of this beautiful coastal city.
  • «Visit the Flagstaff Hill Maritime Museum for a guided tour.
  • «Free time to wander the town of Warrnambool and buy yourself a light snack for lunch.
  • «Visit Cheeseworld at Allansford. Purchase some of their delicious cheeses and other goodies and also see the collection of vintage cheesemaking machinery.
  • «Stop at the Fletcher Market. The once magnificent gardens fell in to disrepair but slowly they are being restored. Read about the history of Fletcher Jones.
  • «Enjoy the excellent Sound and Light Show “Tales of the shipwreck coast” at the Flagstaff Maritime Museum.
  • «Travel to Hamilton where we pass through towns of Winslow, Woolsthorpe, Hawksedale and Penshurst. Have morning tea at Lake Hamilton.
  • «Visit the Hamilton Botanic Gardens, one of Victoria’s most outstanding regional civic gardens and recognised as an important part of Victoria’s Heritage.
  • «Visit the Sir Reg Ansett Transport Museum. On December 1931 young Reg Ansett drove a Studebaker car from Hamilton to Ballarat. Just eleven years later this one-man passenger service, started with just a secondhand car, had become the biggest road passenger service in the Commonwealth. In 1936 Reg bought a Fokker Universal passenger plane and left Hamilton for Melbourne……..the rest is history.
  • «Stop at Tower Hill Lookout near Warrnambool.
  • «Pass through the town of Macarthur and then make a stop at Casterton and visit the Kelpie Centre, where you can learn all about these beautiful working dogs and the story of Jack Gleeson, the stockman who single handedly embedded the kelpie into Casterton’s history.
  • «Cross the border to Naracoorte,nestled in the heart if the Limestone Coast for a delicious cooked lunch, Further down the road we will have an ice cream in the park at Keith for dessrt.
  • «Our last stop will be Tailem Bend before the last leg of the journey back to Mawson Lakes.
